Meditation is a practice, an exercise of quieting the mind to connect with Your Higher Power.  A way to make your vibration go higher.

There are many types of meditations and from many different cultures and religions.

There are various ways to meditate:

Focusing β€” on a sound or sounds, on instruments, on music, on your breath, on a task, on a thought, on a question, on your body

Chanting β€” words, phrases, mantras, sounds

Visualizing

Breathing

Postures and Controlled Breath

Moving β€” walking, dancing, structured moves

Sitting Still

Being in Silence

Guided by Another β€” with a story, a visualization, with body scanning

You can meditate alone.

You can meditate in a group.

Find your style, or mix it up.  There is no wrong or right way.

Reduce anxiety.  Help yourself make better decisions.  Find answers and guidance.  Find inner peace.  Find emotional calm.  Connect to Your Higher Self, to All That Is.

The only way to change your life is to change your vibration to that of LOVE.  The way you vibrate (send energy out) β€” is the way it comes back to you!  So make a conscious effort to make your vibration high and use meditation to help take you there!
