We attract everything through thought and feelings. I am a firm believer that thoughts create our internal and external world. I believe we have the power through thought and feelings to change anything about ourselves and our lives.
We need to connect to our Higher Self to connect to our happy. We are here to express the LOVE we are. I explore ideas and ways through the Workshops to help you go deep within yourself so you can connect and Feel Your Happy.

Meditation Workshop
Meditation is a powerful practice that helps to cultivate mindfulness, relaxation and self awareness. It helps to connect to your Higher Self. The more you meditate the easier it becomes to find a sense of peace.
We will discuss different types of meditations and do a short meditation of several different types —breathing (just being), sound, guided, loving kindness (I LOVE you), body scan, etc.
We will discuss frequency, vibration and energy and what science says about all of it.
We will expand more on meditation and energy by discussing Chakras, crystals, thoughts, words and feelings and how they can open up your energy channels as well as how to incorporate it all in meditation.
We will have interactive time where you will be able to try different instruments used in our sound meditation.
We will conclude with a relaxing sound meditation.
Sound Journey Workshop
The idea behind a Sound Journey is that frequencies provided by the instruments interact with the body’s own natural frequency, helping to recalibrate and harmonize the body’s energy.
To me it is very simple — energy is what we are, what everything is, what we attract and what we send out. Energy travels and moves by vibrating (vibration is energy moving). What shows you how your energy is “feeling” and “vibrating” are — your emotions.
The way you send energy out — is the way it comes back to you! Resonating with the sounds can elevate your vibration and help you live more from a place of LOVE.
The sounds can help provide relaxation and stress relief.
Benefits are deep relation, improved sleep, increased mindfulness and connecting you to your Higher Self, to All That Is.
A Sound Journey is transformational and offers a chance to slow down, relax and tap into a deeper state of awareness.
We will discuss the various instruments used in our sound journey — playing them individually and then having you try them. You will feel first hand by playing them the vibration that comes out of each.
We will then immerse ourselves in a Sound Journey.
Expressive dance/movement is where movement is free flowing and spontaneous, allowing the individual to explore and convey their inner feelings through fluid movements. It is a great way of freeing oneself — letting go and just expressing through movement.
It is a form of moving meditation, there is no right or wrong way, it is moving to move your energy and to open up energy channels in the body.
It helps release trapped energy, loose your inhibitions, embrace your creativity, get in touch with your Higher Self and unleash your LOVE power.
It can help activate awareness, release tension and achieve a sense of calm and focus.
We will stretch, set an intention and lovingly move our bodies expressing ourselves to music and sound. I will introduce various forms of movements to help move the energy, including opening up and moving energy through the Chakras.
Expressive Dance/Movement Workshop
We will begin with a short meditation so as to connect with our Higher Self.
Intuitive art is a creative process where you allow your instincts, emotions and subconscious mind to guide the work while letting go of expectations, thinking or judgement.
The artwork organically evolves as you respond intuitively to colors, shapes, textures and to a blank sheet/canvas.
We will play with — line drawing, water color, acrylics (using brushes and palette knife), coloring very specific channelled coloring books, making your own coloring book, making your own inspirational rocks and exploring many more creative outlets. Many of these are a focused meditation.
You will have to rely on your inner self guiding you in choosing colors and using them.
You will be using your non dominant hand for some exercises and also closing your eyes on some.
Finding peace in the letting go and just focusing on how you intuitively express yourself.
Intuitive Art Workshop
Intuitive Journaling Workshop
We will begin with a short meditation and then begin writing a positive/LOVE word over and over leading to the next word and when you feel guided you will begin writing your own words, sentences , thoughts, intentions and dreams.
No thoughts — just freely writing words. If you have nothing to write, just go back to individual LOVE words and write them over and over. The focus to the word and the calm in writing it will connect you to your Higher Self.
